| FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) -Do you ship kits outside the United States? ANS: Yes we do! We ship kits all over the globe. United Kingdom, Japan, and Australia are just a few of the countries that we ship to. -How long does it take for International shipments? ANS: 1-2 weeks on average. We ship all international packages via USPS airmail. Shipping times vary greatly depending on the season, holidays, and on your country's customs policies. Expect longer delays on orders shipped during the winter holidays. Please note that if we list an extended lead time, this time does not include shipping time. It is simply the approximate time it will take us to get your order ready for shipment. -Where can I buy suitable radio gear for the Alula and Weasel-pro? ANS: From us! We now stock servos, batteries, and receivers for our gliders. Check out our order pages here. We do not stock transmitters at the moment but we are working on offering them as a special order item. |
