via this website using Paypal's secure servers. Paypal's updated service now
allows us to accept payments from non-members as well (make sure to look for
the non-member option upon checkout). International payments can only be made
via this website or through Paypal's direct payment method. If an "E-check"
Paypal payment is used during checkout, your order will not be shipped until
the payment has cleared (usually in 3 business days).

Orders
Due to limited staffing, we currently do not accept credit cards
via phone orders. Please use our online shop for all credit card transactions,
or fill out and mail our order form
along with your check or money order. Of course, feel free to call us if you
have any questions! If we are not available to take your call, please leave a
message and we will get back to you at the earliest

International Shipments:
We are
pleased to ship our products world-wide! Single kit orders will be shipped via
the most economical "First Class" service, and larger orders are shipped USPS
Priority Mail Intenational. Shipping fees are based on the total weight of the
order. Shipping time ranges from 4-10 days. Please note that shipments may take
longer depending on the customs procedures/regulations of your country.
Please see the table below to see the approximate International
shipping rates for various kit order quantities. Extra items such as tape,
batteries, etc., may add additional fees. For larger orders of more than 4
kits, please contact us via Email for a custom price quote.

Domestic (US) Shipments:
We ship most orders via USPS
Priority Mail. Larger orders may ship UPS Ground. Rates are based on order
total for "standard" shipping. Delivery time ranges from 2-9 days. We usually
ship within 2-3 days after your order is placed, unless a certain product is
only available for pre-order, or, if we are swamped due to high order volumes
(visit our homepage for notifications regarding shipping delays,
etc).
